SCMAI is an enterprise-grade supply chain and procurement management platform developed for INCI Holding. The system is designed to mirror and extend SAP Ariba-style workflows while remaining fully customizable and internally controlled. Built on the FLUXA admin panel foundation, SCMAI delivers structured RFQ management, supplier portals, market-based product comparison, order workflows, SLA tracking, and compliance-focused analytics.

SCMAI was developed to address the limitations of off-the-shelf procurement solutions by providing SAP-aligned workflows without SAP-level rigidity or licensing constraints.
The platform supports multi-market procurement, RFQ lifecycle management, supplier portals, quote comparison, order processing, and performance monitoring. Built on the FLUXA admin panel foundation, SCMAI emphasizes operational clarity, role separation, and enterprise-grade usability.
Special focus was placed on mirroring SAP Ariba concepts such as RFQs, supplier invitations, award flows, SLA tracking, and audit-ready activity logs while keeping the system flexible and internally owned.
